I received an email asking if I would like to trial this new exercise/fat loss machine from Harrods, now in Central. Skimming the release mentioned the words Cheryl Cole (Ugh! – but so skinny), Robbie Williams (chubby, but he does yo-yo), and Madonna (well it must be good, right?). A little more research suggested that this machine requires minimal effort on the exercisers behalf (hurrah!), and will guarantee circumference loss, and combat fat and cellulite. I’m a massive sceptic when it comes to anything exercise related, but anything that had Harrods, Madonna and fat loss in one sentence sparked my interest, so I decided to give it a go.
