11.    This prize draw is available only to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is resident in Hong Kong, aged 18 or over, and not an employee of beautybuzzhk.com or The Retreat.
2.    The competition which will take place between the 26th March and 16th April
3.    No purchase is necessary.
4.    The promoters accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction mistakes or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
5.    The competition will take place on beautybuzzhk.com. The winner will be selected at random by the publication from email and twitter entries received by 5th April 2010.
6.    The winner of the prize will be notified within 28 days of the deadline to enter the competition and they will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize immediately.
7.    If the prize remains unclaimed after 28 days or denied, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and will be notified by telephone.
8.    The prize consists of one top prize of a ‘retreat for a king’ men’s treatment at The Retreat, 1st Floor, 33 Beach Road,Repulse Bay, Hong Kong, and ten runners up prizes of a 10% discount voucher to be spent on treatments at The Retreat.  Any additional travel costs to be organised and funded by the prizewinner.
9.    Prizes are non changeable.  No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered.  The Promoters reserve the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable
10.    The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion.
